State Redistricting Changes An
Anderson County State Representative from William Baird to Les Winningham
 The redistricting enacted by the State Legislature in 2002 moved parts of Anderson County from the 33rd and 36th districts to the 38th district, now represented by
Les Winningham (D) of Huntsville.
